The Witchery
Perhaps Edinburgh's most famous restaurant, The Witchery is a truly extravagant affair. Just down from The Castle, it has two magnificent, candlelit romantic dining rooms and a menu that is extensive and expensive. The wine list is probably the longest you'll ever read.
